I only have Photoshop CS4, so that is the only version this is tested in.
It is 3 actions.
A Lab Eye Pop Action to brighten the iris and the color. It lightens quite a bit, so use sparingly. Also, remember to press play after you finish so it will get you back to RGB mode.
A Lab Color Pop for clothes, grass, sky or whatever you would like to brighten in the picture. You could also use this on eyes. Just try it out and see if it works. Remember to press play after you paint on the layer to get you back to RGB mode.
The last action is a skin softening action called Makeup. It's pretty dramatic also. Use it sparingly and you can smooth out wrinkles, even skin tone and minimize any blemishes that you don't want to remove completely.
