My Love Language

Have you read this book? It's called THE FIVE LOVE LANGUAGES. To me, it's a must read before marriage. My love language is gifts. Gifts are how I feel loved. It doesn't have to be anything grand or expensive, maybe just a diet coke from the gas station that shows me that you were thinking of me when you were away. I often buy my children little gifts because it's also the easiest way for me to "give" love in a tangible way.

Well.... I love my husband. I will finally get to see him in about a week for the first time since early November. Yesterday I had the best time buying him this....

I love you, Honey!

{too bad his love language is physical touch}

  1. Yippee for a new SUV, it's so new and shiney!! I hope he loves it. It doesn't hurt that you get to benefit as well LOL!

  2. Hmmm, so did you buy him the house, the automobile or the plants? Things that make you go hmmm. I say all three.

    Since you got him that, he should send you to Chicago in June for the photo walk :).

  3. Oh how funny! My love language is probably gifts - so if you'd rather give it to me . . . . I hope your hubby is home to stay now??
