I ♥ Faces - My Story

This week at I {Heart} Faces, we are not being judged! We are showing a story through photos. The theme is VACATION! I love vacations. I actually feel like I'm living in a vacation right now. You see, being an Army Wife, when my husband is home... every day is a vacation! One evening after work, we met up with him at a park. I was there with the kids waiting for him and when he arrived... this unfolded...

Then Junior Pants noticed Daddy...

And then... we were all together playing at the park. It's a perfect VACATION for me!

If you want to see other great stories of vacations head on over to I Heart Faces and check it out!

  8. Oh my! Who knew you could turn a vacation story into a tear-jerker? Our military families are heroes. My husband was in the Navy (before we were married), and I really encouraged him to get out. I just couldn't imagine having him away for 6 months or more at a time. I had already had a taste of 2 years of that! Military families make huge sacrifices, and it does not go without our appreciation!

  26. Hi Catherine,

This is just beautiful. I scrolled down from above. Is your hubby having to go away? I gathered that from the first post. I know that's hard. Bless you for giving in a different way.
